Arizona Residents Targeted in LHF Productions Inc Downloading Lawsuits

Arizona residents using Cox Communications internet service are being targeted in lawsuits filed by LHF Productions Inc.  for allegedly downloading the movie “London Has Fallen” illegally from the Internet.

The lawsuits identify residents from Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal Counties as using BitTorrent file-sharing software to illegally obtain the movie.  LHF Productions Inc. requests trial by jury, actual damages or statutory damages pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 504, an injunction, attorneys fees, and other relief.
