Fathers and Daughters Nevada LLC Moves to Name and Serve in Texas

In the Southern District of Texas, attorneys for Fathers and Daughters Nevada LLC have asked the court to allow it to name the defendants and serve them in case number 16-cv-01315, where the defendants are now named as Does1–15, anonymous users participating in file-sharing swarm identified by hash ending in DC8F.

Previously, these defendants received a letter from their ISPs Comcast and Time Warner informing them that Fathers and Daughters Nevada LLC  sent them a subpoena to reveal their names. Previously, Fathers and Daughters Nevada LLC only had their IP addresses. Now that they have the names of the people who pay the internet bill, their names may be added to the complaint and they may be served with a summons or something called a waiver of service. These defendants live in Brownsville, Cypress,  Humble, Houston, Laredo, and Pharr
