Dallas Buyers Club Sues Again in Colorado

On June 25 2014, Dallas Buyers Club LLC filed yet another federal copyright lawsuit in Colorado District Court, this time against 20  Doe defendants.

Dallas Buyers Club LLC alleges these as-yet anonymous Doe defendants illegally downloaded the movie Dallas Buyers Club using BitTorrent or similar peer-to-peer file-sharing programs without paying the appropriate license fee.

This newest lawsuit, Dallas Buyers Club LLC v Does 1-20 14-cv-01773 inches the national litigation campaign closer to the 2000 defendant mark.
