How to tell if Strike 3 Holdings is suing you

If you’ve received a letter from your internet service provider (ISP) such as Comcast, Verizon, or AT&T alerting you that Strike 3 Holdings LLC is trying to obtain your name along with a subpoena, you’re being sued. These cases are time-sensitive and if you’ve only received a subpoena and letter, there still may be time to protect your anonymity in the case.

You typically have about 30 days to take action before your name is released and you risk losing your anonymity.
