New Yorkers Sued by Criminal Productions Inc for Movie Download of Movie “Criminal”
Criminal Productions, Inc. , the copyright holder of the film “Criminal” has filed numerous copyright infringement lawsuits in New York going after alleged internet downloaders of the film. “Criminal” stars Ryan Reynolds, Kevin Costner, and Gary Oldman. The film plot involves the implantation of a dead CIA agent’s memories into the mind of a convict.

We expect the Eastern District Court of New York to issue subpoenas to internet service providers (ISPs) in New York to reveal the names of those persons whose name is associated with the IP addresses logged as downloading the movie.
