Two years ago we commissioned an ad on Fiverr, the freelance site, just to see if the service was real. We found it was.

Just for fun, we commissioned this never-released fake ad featuring a Pirate talking about internet piracy and copyright infringement.  We came across it recently and thought we would share it since it makes us laugh.
