Since May of this year, Malibu Media LLC has filed approximately 207 new BitTorrent copyright lawsuits in the federal courts of Ohio, all through its local counsel Yousef Faroniya.

The Northern District of Ohio (NDOH) has seemed somewhat hostile to copyright trolls. For example, one federal judge, James S.
