Malibu Media is Back in Virginia after 2 1/2 years

Malibu Media LLC, last filed its multiple-defendant lawsuits in Virginia in 2012. Beginning in June 2014, Malibu Media LLC returned to Virginia with a vengeance, filing 20 new lawsuits with its new local counsel William E. Tabot.

Like in other district courts around the country, the Virginia lawsuits allege the defendants stole content of Malibu Media LLC’s X-Art.com website using BitTorrent peer-to-peer or similar software.

    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00708
    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00709
    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00710
    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00711
    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00712
    •  Malibu Media LLC v. Doe 14-cv-00713
