Are you being sued by Strike 3 Holdings LLC?

Here’s what one of our clients recently said about working with us to get their case Strike 3 Holdings case dismissed.

“Hiring Jeffrey Antonelli was the best move I ever made.  After receiving notice from my ISP of a copyright infringement I was not sure what to do especially since I had had no idea of what the charges were all about.

I contacted Jeffrey Antonelli and he explained how serious this was and how big the fines could be.  This was a much more serious situation than I thought.  He explained the laws to me and what the possible fines would be. We immediately started gathering whatever evidence we could to fight the case.  He advised me every step of the way and stayed on top of the case.

Needless to say, after months of waiting the case was finally dismissed.  What a relief.  Who knows what a financial bind I would be in right now if it was not for Mr. Antonelli and his hard work.  Thank you.”

Have you recently received a subpoena from Strike 3 Holdings LLC?

You’ll first be notified of your lawsuit in the form of a letter from your internet service provider (ISP) and a subpoena from Strike 3 Holdings LLC alleging that your IP address was used to download content online without the proper licensing fees, most likely using a file-sharing software such as BitTorrent.

Once you have received this notice, you typically have 30 days or less to determine how you want to handle the lawsuit.

First make sure you:

  • Don’t sign anything
  • Don’t try to delete anything- this could make penalties worse

Your options moving forward are to:

  • Anonymously settle your case
  • File a Motion to Quash
  • Prepare to fight it in court

Every defendant’s circumstances are different so it’s best to discuss your Strike 3 Holdings situation with an experienced ISP subpoena defense law firm, such as Antonelli Law.
