Countryman Nevada LLC Shows Committment to Colorado with Lawsuit Number 10

Countryman Nevada LLC, filed it’s 10th multiple-defendant lawsuit on June 19, 2014, Countryman Nevada LLC v. Does 1-10 14-cv-01716 in the District Court of Colorado.

This brings the total number of defendants targeted by Countryman Nevada LLC nationwide to 562.

Countryman Nevada LLC alleges the defendants used BitTorrent peer-to-peer file-sharing software and the internet to obtain the film “Charlie Countryman” without paying the appropriate license fee. Countryman Nevada, LLC is represented in Colorado by attorney Scott Kannady, and in Illinois by attorneys Michael Hierl and Todd Parkhurst.
