Dallas Buyers Club Boosts Lawsuit Targets to Nearly 1300

Dallas Buyers Club LLC has entered Colorado into its national litigation portfolio, suing 17 new defendants in what will surely be the first of a heavy salvo of new lawsuits there. The case is Dallas Buyers Club, LLC v. Does 1-17 14-cv-01267

This brings the total number of defendants targeted nationwide to nearly 1,300.

Dallas Buyers Club LLC alleges these so-far anonymous John Doe defendants  illegally downloaded the movie Dallas Buyers Club using BitTorrent or similar peer-to-peer file-sharing programs.
