PTG Nevada LLC is the movie company behind 11 lawsuits filed in early 2016 that alleged hundreds of people illegally downloaded the film “Pay The Ghost” featuring  Nicholas Cage and Sarah Wayne Callies.

To our our surprise, a few of them are still active on the court docket and a number of people are defending themselves. Because of the possibility of high statutory damages a judge may impose in a default judgment, we do not recommend anyone allow the movie company’s case against them to go to default judgment.
