Previously, the Court allowed LHF Productions Inc. to issue subpoenas to the internet providers of each Defendant in order to learn the identity of each person, previously only known by an IP address. Oftentimes, settlement demand letters are then sent by the lawyers representing LHF Productions Inc. to these internet subscribers. We do not know if such letters were actually sent in this case, however  a review of federal court records do not show any stipulated dismissals pursuant to settlement.
