Malibu Media LLC Sues Again in California – Antonelli Law is Ready to Defend You

Malibu Media LLC is a producer of pornographic films shown on its x-art.com website, and an aggressive filer of copyright infringement lawsuits against thousands of people it believes downloaded its movies for free.

And now it is filing many more in the Northern District of California.

This Malibu Media LLC lawsuit alleges that a Comcast Cable internet subscriber living in Oakland downloaded 129 movies. This includes a bundle known as X-art Unauthorized Pack 4CBE887 using file hash 4CBE8879EDEEC66D681CC570CD3434B1CE7788AA on April 18 2016, plus two movies allegedly downloaded in July 2014.
