Criminal Productions Inc. Lawsuit Information And Options to Settle or Defend in Court

Share

Criminal Productions Inc. is suing 43 COX Communications internet users in Arizona alleging they used BitTorrent to illegally download the  movie “Criminal” starring Kevin Costner and Ryan Reynolds.

Criminal Productions Inc., has filed several copyright infringement lawsuits and in each lawsuit, they will soon ask the Court to allow them to issue subpoenas to COX Communications demanding it to turn over the internet account subscribers’ names and addresses.

It is likely the court will allow this to occur. If so, each of the 43 defendants will receive a letter from COX Communications about the copyright infringement allegations and a copy of the subpoena from Criminal Productions Inc.  All 43 defendants live in either Pima or Maricopa counties.
